Today Dr Ritu Saluja Sharma, lifestyle medicine physician and integrative nutrition health and wellness coach is coming to the show.
Ritu is a MD, a board certified emergency medicine physician, a wife and a Mom.
She has created her own weight loss program after studying lifestyle medicine. She wanted to have a program where people can make real and lasting change. Rather than just treating disease, she wanted to address the root causes of illness, and help people achieve their best health and true wellness.
