Song, Scripture, and My Thoughts

Song Recommendation: In Awe by Hollyn.   Scripture: Genesis 21.   Scripture referenced: 2Chronicles 24:20 & Isaiah 9:6&7. Genesis Chapter 21, highlights: • God fulfills His promise that Isaac would be born to Abraham and Sarah. Isaac is the son of promise and from his seed (from the seed of the woman) the Messiah would be born. (For in Isaac your seed shall be called.) • Hagar and Ismael are cast out. God hears the voice of the Lad, Ismael, and also states He will make a nation from Ishmael. • God speaks to Hager a second time. • Hager gets Ismael a wife out of Egypt. Hagar is Egyptian.   This message also includes an example of being bold for Christ. I mention my encounter with one of my doctors who is if the religion Judaism. I talked to him about reading Isaiah and specifically chapter 9: 6&7, so he could hopefully be prompted to read the New Testament and be saved by believing that Jesus is the Son of God. *we must pray for boldness to speak up to those who are antichrists).
