This mix is a Part Two to my episode 117 from December 2021. Yes, I've been working on it since I started working on that set, so going on three years. This months mix is a lot of low-fi 12" rips that I grouped together because they were absolute bangers, but were very hard to put in to other sets with better recording quality. Almost none of these could have fit with 117, even though both are vintage mixes with tracks from the mid 90s to MAYBE 2002.

All of the time it took to get together the right tracks for this mix was worth it, and the months it took to organize them in to a sequence I felt really worked with them paid off. I have put so much time in to this set that by the time I mixed it, the whole thing had already been in my head for over a year. Part of my creative process is loading all the songs in to my head, and letting them sort themselves out over time. I'm thankful I can take so much time to put a set together for myself, and I hope you really can enjoy it too.

I tried to keep with the vibes for the cover art an made something straight out of the 90's. The picture is new  - from the AAHZ reunion party at The Beacham theater in Orlando this year the night before Thanksgiving - Kimball Collins was playing at the time. I feel like this could totally have been a CD cover for a cheap but totally banging CD mix from 1995 - 1998.
