Unless as you will learn in Episode 2 you know how to take control and qualify yourself before deciding who you will trust with you financing,  After that's a decision you may have to live with for as much as 30 years ! Not knowing might cost you thousands, maybe even more.  Empower yourself with the information you need to get the best mortgage and rate from any lender you choose.
