This weekś episode is about parenting when that essential person is no longer in your life, your mom.  We are joined by Melissa Reilly, Psy.D., a mother of two boys, a clinical psychologist, and a Moms Without A Mom coach.

Melissa is passionate about helping mothers who no longer have the support and guidance of a loving mother influence in their day-to-day life. She shares anecdotes and strategies to evolve oneself from feelings of overwhelming insecurity and isolation to a stronger position of resilience.

Melissa shares her personal and professional experience working with her clients and her observations of how she came to recognize that moms in this similar position often experience grief as part of their motherhood journey.
