Clarissa Fuselier (She/Her) has over a decade of experience in operations/change management leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, and life coaching.

She’s a fierce advocate for inclusive policies and programs in tech, publishing & advertising organizations. Her Black, woman-led business, Inclusion.Logic, specializes in creating sound DEI strategies for small to mid-size tech businesses around the US and executive advocacy coaching.

When she’s not mentoring Austin locals in their career pivots into tech, as an author of several books, she writes fiction. She’s the founder of the Inclusive Romance Project—a non-profit organization and mentorship program centering on the professional growth for romance authors of marginalized identities in the industry.
