What would motivate a woman to pour such a costly substance over the head and feet of Jesus? When we consider the price the Anointed One paid to provide propitiation for our sins, it makes sense. Why did Jesus emphasize the bread and the cup at the Passover meal? The answer to that question provides great assurance of the sufficiency of Christ, our Messiah.
