Worthy Mother Podcast

Emily Rose Hardy

Welcome to The Worthy Mother Podcast, where we are redefining motherhood, pushing back on societal norms, and lifting the pressure to be a perfect mom - all through honest conversations.

Join me, Emily Rose Hardy, for weekly episodes on anything and everything that impacts the motherhood experience. I’m joined by guest experts and fellow mamas to talk on topics like mental health, self care, dreaming big, and questioning the patriarchy, and sometimes it’s just me sharing my thoughts with you. And if there’s one thing I want you to walk away with from each and every episode, it’s a little more self compassion.

This is NOT a parenting podcast. This is a podcast for putting you, the mother, first. When you tune in, you are taking time to care for yourself and show yourself some love. And that is something to celebrate.

I am bringing my work as a motherhood support and mindset coach as well as my lived experience as a mom of two little boys to each episode, and you can expect vulnerability, transparency, and just overall realness every week.

Thanks for being here. Oh, and one last thing - You are worthy, Mama.
