Trigger Your Way to Enlightenment with Susan Campbell
When our romantic partners trigger us, it can send us into profound emotional turmoil. Could this be fertile soil for a practice that gives us rich insight into our selves and even lead to enlightenment? That's what today's guest, Susan Campbell, has been saying since the release of her 1980 book The Couple's Journey.Since then, she's gone on to write the seminal text Getting Real (which helped crystallize the authentic relating movement) and From Triggered to Tranquil (a practical guide for couples that Sigh and I use and highly recommend). This discussion is full of amazing insights from somebody whose pioneering work is as vital today as ever before. It's another piece in our journey with Eros. And we are so excited to bring it to you. It's such an honor to meet people like Susan and share her insights with you.Next week, we have Susan Campbell give Sigh and me a real coaching session, letting you see her work in action.Curious to learn more about Susan Campbell or want to book a session with her? Mindful Romance with Amy Leigh Curry
Romantic love, sex, relationships. These are the field of Eros, and they are the major themes we will be dealing with to start off the Spring. How can we approach this overwhelming force with mindful care and purposeful attention? To help us figure that out, we brought on Amy Leigh Curry.Amy is a facilitator, coach, and ordained non-denominational Minister. Her work is vast, from hosting sacred cuddle events to officiating weddings for non-traditional family structures.Today on the podcast, she gives us a look at the liberating romantic concept of Relationship Anarchy, understanding how we can start questioning the Relationship Escalator, and how learning to listen to our own desire can be a doorway to more profound connection in every realm of our lives.Next week, we will bring you the second half of our discussion with Amy. Episode 14: The Caretaking Issue (with Joel Tenbomb)

Episode 14: The Caretaking Issue (with Joel Tenbomb)
On this, our first interview episode, Joel Tenbomb joins us to discuss the fraught issue of caretaking. While some people see it as simple acts of kindness, it's important to keep an eye out for the many ways caretaking can limit the sovereignty and expression of others. This holds true inside of circling and in our lives.More about Joel: Joel is the creator of Circling Curious, a Circling group that meets up monthly in Boston.  He has been most intently involved with Circling for the past six years, having completed many Circling retreats at Monastic Academy in Vermont, as well as immersions with the Austin-based Relateful Company. His goal is to spread the practice of Circling as far and wide as people are willing to receive it!  To find out more about Joel Tenbomb and Circling Curious, check out these links:Circling Curious linksFacebook groupInstagram pageMore stuff is going up on our YouTube all the time, so keep an eye out.If you would like to know more about circling or the Relational Arts, check out our website. Also, we are still working on some documents to release to our patrons on Patreon.
