You've probably heard by now that the Council is lowering our property tax base the most it's been lowered in 35 years.

They fail to mention you're still going to pay more in property taxes next fiscal year. We're going to go into all of that and what those extra dollars are getting you as well as taking some time facing the difficult path as a result of Animal Services and the way things have been managed up to now.
