Hey everyone! I hope you're finding yourself well in quarantine. I know things are crazy out here so double down on self-care. This livestream found Dr. Nick fielding some questions about quarantine with kids, we talked about managing emotional flooding in tense partner situations when you know it's something you experience. We also talked about some of the potential positive outcomes of this really scary, anxious, and painful time.
