Chad is an amazing dad of 4. Having 3 children with additional needs, he finds a way to connect with all of them.

It was only after he flatlined twice that his light bulb moment came to him and has been a changed man since.

Chad also has his own challenges having had two major accidents leaving him paralysed from his pelvis to his femur and he already had TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury).
