Not many people can say they use their skill, their career, or their passion to help raise their children.  Miguel is a Personal Growth Strategist as well as a father who encourages his family to Communicate feelings and emotions  This allows Miguel to encourage his daughters to express themselves freely. Miguel talks about using affirmation not just to his children but to his wife even more so. The children can duplicate positive behaviours.
