I know I've had weight loss on my list of annual goals for years on end and many years I've just given up on it and felt like it took too much energy for too little payoff. It's so easy to get discouraged with weight loss goals. Are they even worth making? Should we even care or should we just roll with where we are because so much else in on our plate? Why should weight loss be on our radar when our radars are feeling pretty weak as it is?

If weight loss is worth our time and attention, what are your recommendations for busy moms with many children, especially when we want to be emphasizing family meals and not teaching our kids to be weird about eating or their food?
