This episode features my high school band director, Donald Thoede. I still call him "Mr. Thoede" - old habits and all. Mr. Thoede has taught at St. Thomas High School, here in Houston, for over 20 years where he directs the Concert Band, Jazz Band and Marching Band (that refuses to march).
