While this episode is definitely seven routines that work for me, the reason I’m sharing them is not so that you will do them because they’ll work. It’s more to see how I arrived at certain routines, what priorities they support, and maybe they’ll inspire a small change or adjustment in your own routine that could make your life work better for you and the season you’re in.
