  1. What is the biggest hurdle that you have dealt with in planting a church? How did you overcome it?

  3. I’m curious about measuring success in the church. Recently I’ve been reading the book on realign by Eugene Wilson. In his book he speaks of two methods the first method is the lake method, in the lake method everything is about the size of the lake or the size of the congregation. The second method is the river method which is focus more towards individuals in the Affect the service or the program or the Bible study had on a specific individual or group of individuals. To get to the question, what is the balance between reaching for a crowd, and reaching for individuals?
  4. How do you personally handle the fluctuation of attendance from week to week without it affecting your outlook on the weekend services?
  5. Concerning outreach. Where should I invest finances?
