Two ideas to help make public restrooms cleaner: 1) A camera inside a bathroom stall door which is mechanically connected to the door lock. It would slide completely inside the door (so it can't see anything) when the door is locked, and align with a hole in the door to view the stall when the door is unlocked, so it can see who made a mess in the stall as they leave the stall, and 2) half-globe-shaped devices which fold down over the two halves of a horseshoe-shaped toilet seat when the toilet seat is up (kind of like those half-globe things in hair salons that fold down over people's heads).
