Michelle survives a bizarre car accident and awakens to learn that she’s being kept in an underground bunker with two men. Howard who has built this bunker is going to great lengths to convince Michelle that a chemical attack has taken place resulting in air that is unbreathable. As time goes on, Howard reveals more of his controlling and disturbing behavior which inspires Michelle to try and escape the bunker. As the tension grows and things escalate inside the bunker, Michelle has to muster all the courage and final girl energy within herself if she is to survive!
