It is so easy to think that our trauma experiences make us stronger. But that's not the case. Every time someone experiences trauma, it can then turn into trust issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, neurological problems, physical pain in the body, etc.

Even if we don't realize it, our body holds onto what happened to us.

The thing that makes us stronger is healing. Becoming aware of our trauma, understanding what needs to be done, and deciding to work on it make us stronger.

All you have to do is your best every single day, continue healing, and trust that God will carry you through every hardship.
