We look at Ken Wapnick's little book called "Ending Our Resistance to Love" Chap. 2. We talk about how we trick ourselves, making our resistance to God's Love feel very real and damaging.... by fighting it and feeling horribly guilty about our made up resistance.

Finally we discuss how we constantly minimize our pain about how we feel for believing we did that.
