Unexpected events are often God’s providential way of revealing his plan and require us to seek counsel from his word so we can walk faithfully amidst uncertainty.

Unbeknownst to them, Joseph and Paul’s original plans were to do the opposite of what God intended, but through a few unexpected events, God made it clear to Joseph and Paul what he wanted them to do. What practical decisions could Joseph and Paul have made that would have prevented them from accomplishing what God intended?
