Leaders of Valor (LOV) ~ Leadership Done The KING’s Way!

Dr Trin Pierre

Leaders of Valor (LOV) is a podcast for those who believe that God’s Way is the best way to lead in all aspects of business and home life. God has given us the tools necessary to ensure we succeed in all areas of life including in our assigned realms of business, including entertainment, healthcare, education, governmental sectors, etc. Modern culture tells us that business should be done one way, but LOV believe that The Kingdom’s Way is not the world’s way. LOV know that if we use The KING’s Leadership Guide (The Bible) and allow Him to act as President & CEO (Chief Exalted Officer) of our businesses, He will multiply exponentially expeditiously. LOV believe that this is the only way to operate our businesses, our families, and represent God in our assigned realm (our businesses and communities). Please join us for intense discussions, lots of praise and thanksgiving, and a myriad of successful LOV guests who have seen God work by implementing Kingdom-based principles. We also look forward to hearing how you are growing your business and families using The KING’s Roadmap for our best lives. Welcome to LOV ~ Leadership Done The KING’s Way! We are excited to grow in Christ with you! read less

There's room for all of us at the top, and My DADDY (GOD) has more than enough to Provide for every business that trusts HIM. We're all KING'S Kids, so let's rise to the expectation together. Beginning today, I will be going on location or doing podcast spotlights (if the business is not in DFW) with various Veteran owned, black and other minority owned, and women owned businesses that excel in service to do intentional face to Social marketing with business owners for the purpose of business promotion. Please share these videos and, most importantly, visit their websites, stop by their locations if you are local, and call on them when services that they offer are needed by your family or business! Everyone Ain't Ya Friend, Sis!
Mar 15 2024
Everyone Ain't Ya Friend, Sis!
Hi LOV, In this world of Social Media “friends” and “followers,” we need to be reminded of what a friend is.  This term is used very loosely today, yet it is one that should be held in high honor to those who are blessed to be called “friends.”  Because of the influence of others who claimed to be “friends” in our lives, we’ve witnessed suicide rates increase to insanely elevated numbers because the expectations of so-called “friends” were not met by those being hurt by statements, posts, etc.  We all may know of individuals who took their own lives because a “friend” wronged them or made a public statement about them that caused severe damage. We know of “friends” who were supposed to support and uplift others, yet took every opportunity to belittle or stain the character of another. We’ve experienced “friends” who easily walked away without rhyme or reason and no explanation as to why they no longer wanted to be bothered with us.  May I submit to us today that everyone who calls themselves a “friend” is not so! Jesus is the Ultimate Example of Who a Friend is and what is expected of our Earthly friends. He did not walk away when things got rough. He settled in and held hands, cried with families, walked where others would not, etc.  That’s what true friends do! Young people and older people: Re-evaluate what the word “friend” means to you.  Who have you allowed to hold this title yet they have not earned the right to do so? Who walked away when “the cool kids” came around simply because they didn’t want to be seen with you? Who told your most intimate secrets to coworkers only to have what you shared in confidence get back to you? Who walked away from you because you were trying to better yourself or because you began profiting in the business world? Those are NOT friends. Put them in the appropriate box – acquaintances – then there will be little disappointment when they do exactly what they were designed to do.    #LeadersOfValor www.trimaniconsulting.com
Don't Let Black History Achievements Die With Us: Leaving a Multi-generational Legacy

Don't Let Black History Achievements Die With Us: Leaving a Multi-generational Legacy
Hi LOV, As Leaders of Valor  (LOV),  we must continue to build on the foundation that our ancestors and those who have come before us have laid. We are blessed to live in a time when we can live in areas many of them could not. We can work in fields where many of them were not allowed. We can make salaries that many were not able to make. Even with all of the greatness and accomplishments those who have spanned the annals of time have achieved to ensure our today is better than their yesterday, we sill have work to do. I want to remind us all that we, and that is all of us, must ensure we continue to speak out, sit in, walk on, and voice up to ensure we continue to fight for equity, diversity,  and inclusive for all races, ethnicities,  gender identities,  religions, disabilities,  and all other wonderful characteristics that make us who we are - A beautiful people who are strong together than we are apart. Many lives have been taken, many dreams sidelined, many rights disintegrated, and many families torn apart because of the sacrifices,  the struggles, the bravery, and the tenacity of those who fought for better for our generation. Even in the face of these very real threats, knowing what they were walking into, our ancestors still pressed on and moved forward to ensure their loved ones generations down the line would have a better world. What will the generations that are not yet here say about us?  Will we be remembered as tenacious heroes who fought for them before they were in existence? Don't let the great history connotations end with those who came before us.  Keep laying more ground work and building upward for those who will come 2, 3, and multiples of generations after us. To fail to do so would be to denote what those who came before us did as  unnecessary. Multi-generational legacy is not just about financial gain, but also includes family inheritance, community influence, equity in all aspects of life (healthcare, education,  spiritual awareness, access to safer communities, etc.).  We pay homage to those who came before us by ensuring we continue to build upward in all respects and leave a multi-generational legacy while teaching others who will come after us to take on that sacred duty to do the same. Tell how you made it, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Share what worked and what didn't. Make every day Black History Day. Share your life struggles and triumphs around the table and in your family and friends' circles. Don't let your people's history die with you. Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose.  Much love to you and yours during Love month. Pace Yourself in 2024: Grow and DevelopTowards your REALISTIC Goals!

Pace Yourself in 2024: Grow and DevelopTowards your REALISTIC Goals!
Hi LOV, Happy New Year. What have you resolved to achieve this year? Many of us often set huge, lofty, and daunting goals for ourselves each New Year. "I will lose 100 lbs. before my vacation in August!" "I will be promoted to CEO by December even though I graduated in January." "I will never eat anything with sugar in it again!" "I will open 10 $1M companies in 2024!" Sound familiar? I want to remind us all to take each day as it comes and move in smaller, incremental steps toward improving yourself and reaching your realistic goals for this year. Lofty goals sometimes equal really deep disappointments. Set goals that are realistic and attainable.  From there, move in steps to reach your goals. The GPS relies on a final destination being identified then plans each mile of the way in order to help us reach our desired place of arrival.  Plan realistic and attainable goals, then backtrack and plan out smaller steps of the journey. Races are won step-by-step, not by solely looking and focusing on the finish line. If you can only focus on the finish line without planning smaller strategic, intentional, and well-aligned steps that will ultimately help reach that finish line, the race may end in disappointment. You must consider your breathing, your opponents' strengths and weaknesses, your energy reserves versus the race's course, the weather and how it affects your stamina, etc. The same is true with our goals. Take into account the smaller steps and details that can propel you forward into successful outcomes. If you want to move into the next level of business success, plan out realistic and achievable steps that can help you get there. Maybe taking a leadership course or finding a mentor who has traveled the same path is how to begin moving toward that goal. "Losing 50 lbs. in January" is not an achievable goal and cannot be reached without unhealthy practices being invoked. Maybe the goal of eating a healthy salad instead of fast food for lunch and dinner and walking around the neighborhood for 1 hour each day after work and on weekends are smaller, realistic steps that can help you reach your ultimate goal of being healthier and having more energy or losing weight by the end of the year. If your goal is to grow your relationships into happier and healthier ones by the end of 2024, try doing one thing each day to positively influence the relationship (e.g., if you are not good at verbal praise, give one compliment to those you love each day) and build up from there. Setting attainable and realistic goals and working backward to foster a strategic and doable plan that identifies the "how" and "when" will help you succeed. Most importantly, consult the Lord, trusted friends and family, and mentors who can help guide you and lead you in the right direction.  The accountability partners you trust can help keep you on track and encourage you when you feel like giving up. Taking the smaller steps each day to build towards your goals is key. Don't get overwhelmed with looking for the finish line, but work on smaller segments of the big picture and give yourself grace throughout the process. If today is a less than successful day, don't wait for tomorrow. Start over right now!  We can reach our goals if we plan ahead, formulate incremental tasks to keep us on track with the goal, and celebrate the small wins along the way. If we do this, by December of 2024, we'll have made great strides towards being better than we were in 2023!  Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose!  Be blessed in 2024 and beyond! LOV| What’s Your Focus this Holiday?? Don’t Be Distracted by the Noise!
Hi LOV, As many navigate Christmas and Holidays this season, there is lots of merriment,  laughter, and cheer for many.  For others, there may be stress, sorrow, and mourning over what could have been, what or who was lost, and what lies ahead. So many are hurting....while others are stressing. The focus seems to be on trees, decorations, spending, and receiving.  Blurred lines are all around us.    What about you? What's your focus this holiday season? Are you staying up late nights trying to figure out what you can get that will show the height of your love while digging deeper into the depths of debt?  Are you stressed about taking 1-2 days away from work to spend time with loved ones because you know 400 emails will be greeting you at the door when you return to the office?  Are you worried that you will over extend yourself because you have family and loved ones coming in from all around the nation to stay with your family for a week?  Is the focus more on the giving....or The Gift?  Here's a quick reminder to focus on the True Meaning of Christmas and be thankful for the Ultimate Gift gifted to us by Jesus!  While we want to have a wonderful time with friends and loved ones, and we want to ensure we show love to those we are blessed to have in our lives, we must remember that it's not about spending, cooking,  receiving,  stressing,  and planning extravagance that will last for a mere day or so.  It's about remembering to be grateful for our lives, our families,  our jobs, our homes, the breath in our lungs, and everything and everyone around us who love us.  This is made possible because of Jesus's Gift of Life and Salvation given to us over 2,000 years ago. The season is about remembering that Gift. Everything else is just noise. Let's resolve that we will not get distracted by the noise this holiday. Remember to live for purpose,  in purpose,  on purpose,  and with purpose.  Be blessed and be safe this holiday season. Many blessings from The Lord to you and your in 2024! #LeadersOfValor www.trimaniconsulting.com LOV Website: www.trimaniconsulting.com/leaders-of-valor-lov    Social Media Links:   YouTube Channel/Podcast Landing (@drtrinkp): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFAnk9kH-VFxATgLouejZig Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drtrinpierre/  TikTok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@drtrinpierre?lang=en  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/trinette-pierre-trimaniconsultingllc-executivecoach-consultant-advisor-author/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100086605583062 Twitter: https://twitter.com/TrimaniLLC

LeadersOfValor (LOV)| Be Grateful for ALL We Have | 11.16.23
We are BLESSED! Be Grateful for All That We Have! Good day LOV, Next week, we come together as a people to give thanks for our blessings. While we often consider the tangible and financial things in life that we've been allowed to attain as the most important blessings we have, we are blessed with so much more than that. If you are able to read this or watch this video, you are blessed. If you can hear what is being said, your ears are working as designed - blessed. If you had clean running water this morning and toothpaste to use - blessed (and we are also blessed because of that blessing to you 😄). If you have breath in your lungs and it isn't being pumped into your body with the use of a machine - blessed. If your family is safe and everyone who left your home yesterday returned without harm - blessed. We have so many around us whom God has gifted us with - family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. If those individuals have helped you along the way, be thankful for those blessings and let them know just how much you appreciate their presence in your life. Don't take these often overlooked and undervalued blessings for granted. There are many who wish they could have access to what we have. Be grateful EVERY DAY for the EVERYDAY blessings we are gifted. When we are tempted to get upset because things aren't going the way we should or we didnt get everythingwe thiught we deserved, let's agree to take a deep breath in and out and remember just how blessed we are! Remember, strive to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be blessed. #LeadersOfValor www.trimaniconsulting.com
LOV | YOUR Role Matters | Designed for Purpose

LOV | YOUR Role Matters | Designed for Purpose
You are Designated for a Designed Purpose! YOUR Role Matters! Hi LOV, Do you ever find yourself comparing where you are with the station of others? When you read or hear about someone achieving amazing feats with very little effort at a much younger age than you, do you feel a bit "less than?" Does the "look where he is versus where I am" mindset set in during those moments? In this culture of comparison, it is easy to belittle our current situations or callings when we enter a room where others seem to be killing it and making everyone else feel like slackers because they may not have the titles, the degrees, the positions, or the following. I want to remind you of something - YOUR role matters. Just because you may not hold a high ranking office or you may not have the opportunity to write a book yet, this does not mean that you are less important than anyone else on this Earth. God designated a purpose for each of us. For some, this may mean working in the board room. For others, it may mean working on the frontlines. For many, it means being a stay at home dad. For others, it may mean gaining more education and degrees to help with the climb up the corporate ladder. Every role matters. One example of how true this is comes from my time working in healthcare during the COVID pandemic. As a clinician of 30+ years, I often heard that clinicians were the most important people in the hospital setting. Everyone else is "just ancillary staff." While clinicians are important, I do not believe that one role is more valuable than another. We are all parts that have unique purpose and functions, yet we are not whole without each element being present. We work best when we work together. Lacking one part quickly reveals how important that part is to our success. For example, when I had to remove my management hat to help organize and push meal carts up to nursing units to ensure patients were able to get certain meds immediately before eating, it made my team realize how important the role of those in dietary services is to the hospital organization. When clinicians had to help clean patient rooms because environmental services was short staffed during the pandemic, it showed us how relevant those team members were to our ability to care for patients. The examples could continue for hours. Each role is important. Don't relegate yours to the "but I'm only a..." mentality and don't allow others to do so. Regardless of where your purpose is and what you are designated to accomplish, know that we all need one another - in business, communities, and our personal circles. Your role matters! You are important. Don't belittle your worth by comparing yourself to another. As one of my favorite ministers says, "You were born an original - don't die a copy!" - Pastor Jeremy Foster Embrace who you are and know that YOU matter! Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose! #LeadersOfValor www.trimaniconsulting.com

LOV| Cherish Your Gifted Relationships | 10.12.2023
Hi LOV, What relationships do you need to appreciate more? What individuals are integral to your success, yet you can't seem to find the time to let them know it? Is there a parent who is eagerly awaiting a phone call from you? A good friend who has always been there for you, yet life happened, and you've since grown apart? Is there a mentor who helped you grow in ways that assisted you with a move into higher positions? Have you stopped to tell those individuals how much you appreciate them? If not, I implore you to take the time to do so today. As we can see, the world is in a state of disarray. While we know these things were foretold long before we arrived on this planet, we see things of horrible circumstances that seem to get worse with each passing minute. Life is not respected by many and days that were already short are now being subtracted by some who do not appreciate the sanctity of human life. Moses stated (Psalm 90) that 70 years are promised and some live to be 80. Today, that's not always the case, is it? We are watching children being slaughtered right before our eyes. Our loved ones are dying from diseases that are running rampant throughout our world. Others are battling mental health issues that cause irrational behaviors and harm to themselves and others. We are blessed to make it home and have our families intact at the end of each day. Let's cherish and be thankful for that because everyone is not blessed to have this be the case for their families. So much is happening around us, yet in the midst of it, we are reminded to appreciate life and those we have been blessed with along our journeys. If you are fortunate enough to read this, be grateful and live as if you are grateful for you life and the lives of those who have been assigned to be in your story. As always, remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be blessed. LOV | Be Still - Part II - 9.26.23
Hi LOV, *This podcast will be uploaded in 2 parts* Do you often feel like the weeks roll together without giving you a moment to breathe? Do you find yourself going through the routines day in and day out without being able to take time out for family, friends, and the things you enjoy doing? If you are like me, the answer is "YES!!!" I often end my day on Fridays feeling like I am going to lose it if I have to deal with bills, work, emails, and school schedules one more day! In this world, our hustle and bustle causes us to sometimes lose track of....well, us! I find myself running from appointment to appointment or in and out of meetings until a full week has passed by without any time for my family, my friends, and for myself. Is this your story? If so, I have great news for you! We can have and we are instructed by God to take a mini-vacay at the end of every 7-day week! That's right - God mandated a period of rest for us!   At the beginning of time, God ordained time each week for us to set aside work, school, soccer practice, dance rehearsals, bill paying, errands, meetings, and on...and on...and on. God modeled the REST day that He Himself blessed at the end of the Creation Week at the beginning of Genesis in the Bible. Now, those of us who know about God know that God doesn't stand in human time, nor does He need a moment to rest, yet He was intentional in adding in this Day of Rest for our benefit and to give us a well-needed rest period in order to rejuvenate and to engage in corporate rest, family time, enjoyment, meditation, and worship. If God felt it was important enough to model a day of rest that He obviously did not need, shouldn't we take advantage of that rest time? As many believe and cherish, the Sabbath (from sunset Friday - sunset Saturday evening - a 24-hour period) is time that should be set apart, sacred, and respected as God's ordained period of rest. While many believe that the Sabbath was specifically ordained for a certain group of people or certain religions, that belief is incorrect. Long before any religions began, the Sabbath was ordained. In the very first books of the Bible, the Sabbath was blessed and God said to REMEMBER to take that rest day. Why do we need to REMEMBER, because He knew humans would get so busy in 2023 that we'd forget. Sadly, the one mandate with the word REMEMBER is the one that most of the world forgets or disregards as something that was "done away with" or subject to day changes or time changes at the hand of man. Untrue. If "don't kill," "don't steal," and "honor father and mother," are respected and were not considered for one group of people, why isn't the Sabbath given the same respect and upheld as mandated? God's mandate is still in effect in 2023 and will be forever. He didn't say, "hey, this group of people or religious believers should keep the Sabbath," but He mandated it for all people. So, what do you do during Sabbath rest? During this 24-hour period, my family and loved ones spend time together in communion and meditation. This includes sharing a meal together, watching nature's wonders together, helping out in our communities together, spending time meditating together, and just BE-ing instead of DO-ing. At the beginning of the work week, we are well rested, well rejuvenated, and well prepared to handle another week of busyness. Some go to church, others do not. It's not about religion. It's about relationship with God, our families, our community, and ourselves. I attended a conference this week where the Sabbath was presented by Methodist Healthcare System. The Sabbath rest message has transformed lives and medical wellness for many. It can do the same for us. As we end another week, consider taking this God-ordained day of rest to heart. Take time to cherish the hours that He ordained as sacred to get away from social media, emails, work ordeals, errands, bill paying, and all of the other "must dos" that fill our work weeks. Take the period to rejuvenate before Sunday rolls around and is quickly chased by Monday. Spend time with family, friends, in your community helping others, and just "BE-ing." You will be blessed physically, mentally, and spiritually because of it. REST and BE STILL on Sabbath. As always, remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose.   www.trimaniconsulting.com

You will be blessed physically, mentally, and spiritually because of it. REST and BE STILL on Sabbath. As always, remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose.   www.trimaniconsulting.com

Leaders of Valor (LOV)| Who Shows Up When You Enter A Room? | Bring the SPRITE!
Hi LOV, I was recently asked the following question and now I pose this question to you as leaders: Who shows up when you enter a conference room? Your home? Your local store? Your friends’ circle? What do you portray when you stand in front of those you see as leaders in your personal and business realms? Do you stand even in the midst of being seen as “the only…”? Do you strive to choose to do what is right and live in integrity regardless of the consensus of the organization’s executive team or do you sway from side to side with the wind? Do you sometimes stand for what’s right, yet tend to side with whatever the “in crew” agrees on to ensure you do not rock the boat? Do you bring your true values and a high sense of integrity to the table when you sit down? Does your family see you as someone who may not always agree with what they want to do, yet they know you are consistently going to do what is right? Will you profess that you do not gossip, yet when your upper management team ignites negativity against someone else in the organization by spreading rumors or  about a colleague who “doesn’t fit in”, do you laugh to avoid being seen as unagreeable or being pinned as the next target?  What about your friends’ circle? Do they know you are the one who will say and do the right thing even if they feel it is not the fun or popular option?    As Leaders Of Valor (LOV), we must take a stand for what is right, not solely what is popular or accepted by those we work for or admire. We must ensure that we are seen as people who will “always do what is right” even when others do not agree. I am often reminded that I answer to a Higher CEO (Chief Exalted Officer) – God. No matter where I go or what I do, I’m expected to mirror Him to those I encounter. Sadly, I do not always get this right, yet I keep trying. I want to be that person who brings the SPRITE when I enter the room – not the soda, but Skill, Professionalism, Respect, integrity, Trust, and Excellence. I want that to be my offering regardless of who I encounter and what it may cost me. If the crowd doesn’t appreciate that, then maybe we need to change our crew!  Let’s resolve to bring SPRITE to the table when we show up! Be that leader!   Join us for today’s podcast where we will discuss this very topic and how we can show up SPRITE in all of our dealings.  Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose! Be blessed!   TRImani Consulting is pleased to announce Thrive At Leadership! – TRImani’s newest offering thoughtfully designed to assist leaders with becoming not only skilled in their professions, but experts in handling the day-to-day practice difficulties and problems that may not be addressed in mainstream onboarding and development classes.  To learn more about Thrive At Leadership – TRImani’s Leadership Success Academy, please visit: https://trimaniconsulting.com/thrive-at-leadership     #LeadersOfValor www.trimaniconsulting.com   LOV Website: www.trimaniconsulting.com/leaders-of-valor-lov  Social Media Links:   YouTube Channel/Podcast Landing (@drtrinkp): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFAnk9kH-VFxATgLouejZig Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drtrinpierre/  TikTok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@drtrinpierre?lang=en  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/trinette-pierre-trimaniconsultingllc-executivecoach-consultant-advisor-author/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100086605583062 Twitter: https://twitter.com/TrimaniLLC

Leaders of Valor - What’s Your ”....EXCEPT...?” 9.1.2023
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Leadership Success Academy - Thrive At Leadership! If you want you, your leaders, and your organization to grow in areas that are not traditionally discussed in formal onboarding and leadership development courses, check out the link below and contact us for more info: https://trimaniconsulting.com/thrive-at-leadership Hi LOV, What's your "... EXCEPT..."? What gift do you have that others constantly praise you for, yet you feel that task, activity, or duty doesn't amount to much? Are you the one person who can talk your friends into doing what's right instead of engaging in reckless behaviors? Are you the person who organizes well and is capable of doing a lot with a little? Have you been praised for your ability to listen and give great advice? In the Bible, God gave us insights into what He can do with our "...EXCEPT... gifing. Often times, we see what we do as "nothing big," yet God can use what we excel at to propel us forward. You may be the person who negotiates well for a speaker although you will never stand on a stage. You may be able to extract meaning from something and make that info relatable to others even though you are not the scientist leading the experiment or the author writing the research document. You may be the neighbor who everyone knows can make the neighbor a happy and inviting place because of your gifting. Whatever your gift is, don't negate or downplay it. Put it in The Hands of The Gifter and watch Him develop it I to something that can feed multitudes. Today's Leaders of Valor (LOV) podcast, we will discuss how to "Work Your '...EXCEPT...'"!!! Leaders of Valor ~ Where are Your Stones??? 8.18.2023
Good morning LOV, The discussion on today’s Leaders of Valor podcast: Erecting Stones of Remembrance to Mark and Remember Our Journeys! Do you have a method of tracking your life’s milestones? Are you someone who feels that you have never had anything positive or productive occur in your life? If I asked you to think back in each 10 year span of life on what you did, what you accomplished, what you learned in both business and personal realms, what would you discover?   My amazing mentor and The Forever Lady Leader (as I call her),  @Dr. Geneva L. Williams of ElevateNextLevelSuccess.com often speaks of what she calls a Legacy Map. She reiterates how important it is to reflect on what we’ve learned, how we have grown, what we’ve accomplished, and, yes, even what we’ve lost as we have traversed through life’s journey.  All of these elements, good, bad, and the ugly, made us into who we are today! Also, for me, it’s about remembering where God led me, placed me, hid me, and grew me through each circumstance and phase of my life.   In Joshua 4:1-9, God instructed Joshua to have the Israelites erect stones of remembrance” to remind them and all future generations of how God worked in their lives and how He made ways for them that were nothing short of miraculous. God said to “remember” and never forget; and also to teach our children, grandchildren, and others that we influence how we overcame obstacles, trials, etc. to ultimately become who we are. This gives those coming after us insight into the truth regarding life’s journey! In this world of “instant success” and “I did it overnight” bios, “and “microwave  career ladder climb” social media-centric stories, we must remember that there is always work involved and often times a struggle or two  behind reaching our ultimate selves!  Although this is the part that is not relayed in the “you can learn how to grow your business to a 7-figure conglomerate in 10-days or less” hype pitch, many of us have had to work at it to see the growth. The Biblical Principle of seed-time-harvest applies in all aspects of life. There’s work involved and often a story or two of “how I got over” is the underpinning of our success stories. I implore you to keep track of your “stones of remembrances” or “legacy map” to chronicle your life’s journey and to let those you influence, mentor, and raise know that the hype of instant success is not the normal progression for many. Let them know that even with the struggles, trials, and tears, “I still made it…and you can too!”   Teach those you are blessed to inspire and influence that the journey may be longer than expected, it may require more gas to get there, and you may show up right at midnight instead of 8pm, but the destination will be worth it!   That transparency may actually benefit someone who feels they are failing because they are not where others are…yet.  Keep track of and share your “stones of remembrance.”   Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose! Are You in a Wilderness Experience???
Hi LOV, Do you feel as I do: Like one trial comes after another....then another...then another? Do you feel like you survive fighting snakes only to encounter lions? Once you kill the lions, do bears attack you? You're not alone! Many of us are in such situations right now. We survive a health scare and then lose our jobs. We make it through a divorce only to end up with bad credit as a result of someone else's issues. We are criticized at work, then our kid skips school and gets into trouble. Why are such wilderness trials increasing in frequency and intensity? Because God is about to do something new. There is no birth without labor pains! The closer you get to your best, your purpose, your realization of what God has for you, the more you will experience adversity and opposition. Some are sent to make us stronger, while others are sent to deter us from reaching our goals. Regardless of the "why," our task is to stay the race and finish even if we have to crawl over the finish line! We will survive this wilderness experience. Our Help is there with us! We will talk more about it on Leaders of Valor:Leadership Done The KING'S Way! Join us! Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose! be blessed! Spotify Upload: What If The Poop Was Ordained?? Using Disappointments to Fertilize Our Growth!
Hi LOV, What happens when bad situations, disappointments, or unintended outcomes present? Do we quickly blame the devil or the evil in this world? Do we see our trials and tribulations as coming only to harm us? Do you see being passed over for a promotion as an evil occurrence? Do you feel that rush hour traffic that causes you to be late for a meeting you called as one of the 7 deadly sins? Do you quickly recite "the devil is a lie" when you are faced with what seems like unnecessary and painful circumstances?  If you're like me, the answer to these questions is usually "YES!"   But...what if the "poop" was ordained? There are many times that we face horrible problems and irritating circumstances only as a means to grow us into what God intends for us to be! What if GOD allowed the situations of life to be used to better prepare us for what HE has coming for us or what HE's designed us to do or be?  Yes, GOD may ordain the "poop" that we step in throughout our lives. The Bible says, "and we know that God causes all things work together for the good of those who love GOD and are called according to HIS Purpose" (Romans 8:28, NLT). This means that even the little irritations or the big losses serve a purpose if we turn them over to GOD and allow HIM to refine us, grow us, and develop us in the midst of those poopy moments.   This episode of LOV podcast focuses on that subject! Join me and I pray Holy Spirit sends enlightenment to us and allows us to use the poop as fuel for our next!    Be blessed!  www.trimaniconsulting.com #LeadersofValor
