Walking the Camino with Medium Suzanne Gibson-Foy!

Walking the Camino with Medium Suzanne Gibson-Foy!
In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Suzanne Gibson-Foy. Suzanne hails from England and is a tutor at Arthur Findlay College, teaching courses in mediumship and spiritual development. Suzanne is also a psychotherapist and a medievalist. She combines her spiritual training and development with psychotherapy to help her clients release psychological and relational blockages that impede spiritual development and the development of mediumship. As some of you know, I have taken many courses at Arthur Findlay College, and I consider it a home away from home. I first reached out to Suzanne two years ago for a spiritual assessment because I was having difficulty letting go and trusting more in my communication with the spirit world. It was a wonderful experience working with Suzanne. She connected with my spirit guides and loved ones on the other side to help me see myself in a different light and trust the path that I was on.  I discovered afterwards that Suzanne has walked The Camino De Santiago in Europe seven times! Last year she walked The Camino Frances from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, which is 500 miles, or 800km, or 1.15 million steps over the month of August.  If you are not familiar, The Camino de Santiago is a historic pilgrimage dating back to the 9th century. It is believed that the remains of the Apostle St. James rest in the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, so all paths on The Camino lead to this cathedral; a spectacular homage to St. James which translates to “St. James of the Field of Stars.”Show Notes:Learn more about Suzanne's generous self-reflection about her last walk on the Camino on her website www.suzannegibsonfoy.uk and learn more about her many offerings related to mediumship courses, mediumship readings, spiritual assessments, dream analysis, and mentorships.  We are now on YouTube! My Spirit Guide's Message About the Importance of Connection

My Spirit Guide's Message About the Importance of Connection
In this week’s episode, I share a channeled message from a spirit guide I met in meditation during my course at Arthur Findlay College in England last year. Since my trip, we are still getting acquainted. As I sat in meditation to prepare for this episode, I asked my guides who would like to come forward to share a message with you. I was pleased when he stepped forward with a smile. His 3-part message is about healing, connection, and that we are not alone. There are several messages within this message. I recommend listening to it several times to take it all in. I certainly did! This way is often best when we hear and read channeled work. It allows the mind to open up, consider, and receive spiritual information. Stay tuned next week for a wonderful conversation with Renee Baribeau, The Practical Shaman! She is the author of Winds of Spirit: Ancient Wisdom Tools for Navigating Relationships, Health, and the Divine and the co-host of The Shamans Cave with Sandra Ingerman. Tina Moody introduced me to this magical podcast, and I've loved every episode since! What is Our Intuition? Real Talk with Nicole Harp, Animal Communicator and Soul Painter

What is Our Intuition? Real Talk with Nicole Harp, Animal Communicator and Soul Painter
Nicole Harp, animal communicator and soul painter, and I have a down-to-earth conversation about intuition in this week's episode. We share personal stories about listening to our intuition to know who we are at a soul level. We highlight that intuitive development is a daily practice, a commitment, and a lifetime unfoldment to remember who we are as multi-dimensional spiritual beings having a human experience on Earth.     Show Notes:Learn more about Nicole's work and book a session at www.harpspace.org. Nicole and I share teacher resources for intuitive development and mediumship. Consider researching tutors at Arthur Findlay College or Journey Within and medium Denise Correll. I share the Brusho method taught by Lynn Cottrell, spirit artist and medium. I made a personal Oracle deck this month using this method. Follow the steps here to make your own Brusho spirit art (used with permission).Prep:Water & a large paintbrush to apply water on the watercolor paper.Brusho paint Brusho Crystal Colours and Sets | BLICK Art Materials (dickblick.com)Watercolor paper (8x11).Small paint brush to dip in brusho paint powder.Cut a piece of saran plastic wrap that is as large as your watercolor paper.Steps:Place the watercolor paper down in front of you.Have your brusho pots of paint out with lids off and your small paintbrush ready.Dip the large paintbrush in water and cover the watercolor paper completely until there is a nice gloss of water over it.Quickly choose the color of brusho you want by dipping the dry brush in the brusho powder (don't get the pots of powder wet).Flick the powder on the watercolor paper - but not too much. A flick or two is enough. You can do this several times with different colors - but don't cover the paper with too much paint. You want enough "white" from the paper to create lines.Immediately cover the paper with saran wrap.Place both hands on top of the plastic wrap and move your hands just slightly- but no more than once. Let the project dry overnight. The next day, take the saran wrap off, and voila! You should see lines and shapes on your paper. Now, connect with your spirit guides or higher self. Ask them to show you images that will help you in your spiritual work, development, or practice. Give yourself time to find images, like animals, landscapes, people's faces, mythical creatures - the possibilities are endless. It can be immediate, or you may need a few days to sit with your spirit art to uncover messages from your spirit guides. Notice how you feel as you connect with each image and the scene as a whole. Let your intuition guide you to interpret the message. WheWe are now on YouTube! Grace and Graciousness (Gene Key 22) with Shannon Plummer
During this week's episode of Intuition Talks, Kristen and Tina are blessed to have a special guest, Shannon Plummer, join us. Shannon brings her experience with the Gene Keys, and Gene Key 22 particularly, to our conversation. Gene Key 22 is about Grace, Graciousness, and the shadow side of Dishonor.
