Be Confident in Yourself!
Want to be CONFIDENT and take that action towards a permanent change in your life? To Say Yes and Figure It Out later?
Then our friend Stacey Brass-Russell is the woman to listen to!
Stacey is an excellent character, person, and coach. She and Jana met as Clubhouse Moderators and have maintained the friendship since. She appeared as a permanent character in the original cast of Anne when she was 10 years old, with her character running for 2 years. In this episode of Living Lucky, Stacey talks about the significance her role in Anne had on her as a child and a teenager.
Stacey shares her experience with bullying as a young teen plus surrounding herself with people that helped her find SUCCESS. We had an amazing conversation as we covered the power of change in our lives, having a healthy morning routine to have a great day, and how to stop living in contraction and consciously nourish yourself to go into an expansion state! You don’t get growth sitting on the comfortable couch!
SAY YES AND FIGURE IT OUT LATER! Stacey explained why you can’t manufacture CONFIDENCE and cannot know the outcome of something until you do it.
Be confident and take imperfect action to make a change.
Stacey has been TERRIFIED and UNCERTAIN and has more than one story of how she overcame. Don’t miss this episode!
