Is your soul restless? Do you find yourself always taking on more than what you can accomplish? This indicates that you are in a cycle of performance.

The word of God says come to me all you who are heavy laden. Can you relate to being heavy-laden? Perhaps beginning at an early age when you had to take on responsibilities that you were never supposed to. The cycle of performance can travel back to childhood.

Jesus promises to give rest to all you who are heavy-laden if you come to him. Will you come to Jesus today and give him your burden?
