Helene beautifully shares her story with us, as we dive into how we can create supportive spaces in our lives as we journey to living the life that we desire.

Setting up these supportive spaces in your life provides you with opportunities to continue to say YES to YOU, whilst filling up your cup of confidence to go out and grab those opportunities.  It's so important to have people in your corner.

Supportive spaces, can be safe spaces to be seen and heard.  Here you can show up as you are, getting vulnerable as you continue to learn more about who you are.

In safe spaces there is no judgement.

It can feel tricky at first to get vulnerable, but once you find the right space and the right people, it can be incredibly rewarding.

I love that Helene and Mel both highlight the trust you need to have sometimes whilst finding your supportive space.  That it can feel a little awkward as you step into new places to see if they are a fit for you.

Sometimes you just never know where a place will take you, so it's worth putting yourself out there, you are worth it.

We have absolutely loved having Helene connect with us in Breathwork (She Breathes), Soul Presence Retreat and our Membership Space.  As well as being our friend of course. xx
