She is Certified as an Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine and been working in this field for 13 years. She has worked in Multiple medical facilities including physical therapy, urology, and metabolic testing. She deems herself a TOTAL serial entrepreneur, having owned both a family fitness facility in NY for 5 years, as well as a healthy eating cafe in SC. She currently  working for herself  and her new brand #BALANCE since September, 2019 where She’s tries to teach her clients all about Progress over perfection and finding the perfect balance in life to help them reach their goals
