Reflecting on 2023, content creator Noah Strykes says it was a personal year of learning. Currently a podcaster, multi-faceted artist, and student at Belmont University, he comes on the show to speak about what her learned throughout the year, how he has grown as a person, and what he has in-store for 2024. Hedgepeth is a podcaster and graduate student majoring in lifespan and digital communication. He has been curating online content since May 2016. Noah Strykes is a multi-faceted artist. His drumming skills became the foundation upon which his entire career was built. But Noah was never content with just one role. He's taking charge as the producer and lead vocalist, amplifying his music to new heights. Noah's collaboration with his close friend Ryan Rane gave birth to the dynamic musical duo, Double Vision. Their music is a harmonious blend of melodies that dance on the edge of genres, transcending boundaries and taking listeners on an electrifying journey. A political communication student at Emerson College, DJ Mara comes on the Tansson Talks show to speak about his political campaign work, highlight his reason for taking a gap year before college, and share why he hopes more people get involved in their local elections. Brandon K. Hedgepeth is a podcaster and graduate student majoring in lifespan and digital communication. He has been curating online content since May 2016. DJ Mara is a Worcester, MA native in his first year studying political communication at Emerson College in Boston. He has worked on several political campaigns, ranging from managing local school committee races to working as a fellow on a U.S. Senate campaign. DJ has particular interest in mobilizing and increasing voter turnout, especially in local elections. When not on the campaign trail, DJ can be seen writing articles for The Berkeley Beacon, Emerson's school newspaper, or further exploring his hobby for photography throughout Boston.
