Welcome to the Middle Age(ish) Podcast, hosted by Ashley Bedosky, Lisa Kelly, Dr. Pam Wright, and Trisha Kennedy Roman. In this debut episode, you’ll get to know each of us, what this podcast is all about, and what you can look forward to in future episodes.
“Middle age” is not clearly defined, so we share our perspectives of what’s considered middle age and how that changes as we get older. We talk about the various changes and challenges women encounter in middle age and the importance of self-reflection as we start this new chapter of life. We also share our thoughts on being mothers and raising children in the Digital Age (and why we’re SO glad we didn’t grow up with social media!).
