When was the last time you felt alive? I don't mean able to get out of bed alive...I mean bursting with energy and can't wait to start the day ALIVE?
I know what it's like to feel badly, and I've spent too much time feeling tired, unhealthy and 'blah'. Unfortunately, my experiences with traditional medicine and treatment suggestions did precious little to change my reality. It wasn't until I learned about adrenal-based recovery programs that I was able to re-balance my system and reclaim my life.
I started Vibrant because I am passionate about developing programs that foster health and vitality. I work cooperatively with clients to create a strategic plan that is specific to their circumstance, comfort level and goals. A certified Functional Medical Specialist and a pharmacist by training, I have 15 years of clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, and retail pharmacy. I bring the best of both worlds to my clients; I am an expert in traditional medicine and the only certified provider in the Kansas City/Overland Park area of an adrenal-based treatment program .
I work best with clients who know they want to feel better but are not sure of their next step. They are willing to invest in their own health, trust my guidance and will take proactive steps toward their established goal.
