In this episode of the Treasury of Solomon podcast, we look at Proverbs 1:19. It says, "So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; Which taketh away the life of the owner's thereof." This verse is the conclusion that Solomon offers against going with the sinful band of highway robbers we met in verse 10. Here we find the heavy influence of greed in their actions and we see what specifically we mean by greed and what it entails for their way of life. We also look at their inordinate desire for the life of their victims and how even that was a manifestation of their greed. We look at the lessons we can take away from this verse.
