His palmares is amongst the most unique in cycling's history. Superteams are a mainstay in the World Tour peloton from UAE and Jumbo in the men's pack, to the inexorable rise of Canyon-SRAM in the women's. One team is aiming to join their number with a radical philosophy - "don't be a prick" and back the homegrown talent from your nation. Uno X earned their first Tour de France wildcard spot in 2023, entering the race with a roster built entirely from Danish and Norwegian riders - they have a women's team and a development team and continue to add bigger names to their roster every season - with Andreas Leknessund and Magnus Cort joining their men's team roster. Mattias Skjelmose has taken big strides forward every year as a professional.
