The strain effects are discussed during the show. Amaya talks about his fanatic religious family using their life to spread the word on the radio, and how the Christians lost him to Hinduism.

The host then talks about the origin of his first name is from his mother player hating on his father's game at the local grocery store, in the 1980s. He then describes how he taught English to a class of kids in Spain, as a college course, and how it was to interact with people from Spain, when his family origin is from historically Spain conquered lands, and having to choose a path in their artist's path.
