Matt, LST's Lecturer in Historical Theology and Church History, sits down with a different faculty member to ask about their spiritual journey, meeting the people behind their teaching at LST. In this episode, Matt speaks to Nicky Lambert, Lecturer in Theology and Counselling at LST.  Nicky shares about her upbringing and family and discusses her strong conviction to serve God with her vocation, as she made prayerful decisions over the years  about how her work could glorify God. Nicky made a switch from her background in science and research, to teaching, home making and then a growing interest in Counselling, which led her to where she is today. This week, Matt Knell speaks to Dan Forshaw, Lecturer in Music at LST, Jazz musician and LST alumni!  In this episode, Dan shares about his upbringing in a christian family, his  wrestle with faith in his early and teenage years, his journey into the music industry and passion for jazz. Dan shares about finding God again, leading to a call from God to use his gifts in music to serve the Church when he lived and worked in New York. With his desire to serve God with music, Dan moved to London to study at London School of Theology, learning from and working alongside some brilliant musicians. This week, Matt Knell speaks to Julie Mckee, PhD student at LST and also a visiting lecturer for the Theology and Worship Studies programme, teaching on Music, Philosophy and God.
