The Conspirators Podcast is a show about dark episodes in American history. The host of the show goes by Nate Hale. (Nathan Hale was a spy for the US during the Revolutionary War.) Hale is an amateur historian with a preference for the more salacious events of the past.
For every episode, Hale selects a bizarre story from the annals of history. He then summarizes it for the podcast audience. Listeners hear about psychics, changelings, and mysterious disappearances. In "The Curse of The Dragon," Hale regales his audience with the death of Bruce Lee. He was 32 years old and experiencing tremendous success when someone found his body in his apartment. The autopsy determined that he died of a cerebral edema. Rumors of a curse on his family resurfaced when his son, Brandon Lee, died while filming The Crow.
No conspiracy podcast would be complete without an exploration of the Illuminati. They are a secret society that wants to implement a "new world order." Hale shows his listeners that the cabal was once real, and has evidence to support his claim.
In podcast episode "The Miami Ouija Riot," Hale recounts the 1979 riot that broke out at a military school. Students smashed furniture and broke windows. The rioters later claimed that the devil compelled them to act through a Ouija board. Even stranger was the school's owner. Evaristo Marina asked everyone to call him "El General." He seemed to wield uncanny control over his students. Was it mass hysteria or did the devil play a part?
The Conspirators devotes many episodes to alien abductions. Hale posits that the Alaska Triangle is a prime harvesting ground for ETs to capture humans. He also exposes the military base in Dulce, New Mexico. Deep underground, aliens collaborate with the US government to run mysterious tests.
Hale is a historian, so he requires concrete evidence to believe that something is true. He relies on fact to separate truth from rumors. The Conspirators may appeal to people who love to puzzle over enigmas. New episodes drop several times per month.
