Harnessing Feminine and Masculine Energies

Harnessing Feminine and Masculine Energies
Dr. Orr shares her transformative journey into energy medicine, which began at the age of 18 when she successfully overcame severe phobias using neuroemotional technique (NET) and other energy practices. Explore the fascinating interplay between feminine and masculine energy and its impact on relationships and personal well-being. Dr. Orr discusses how feminine energy, which thrives on allowing and receiving, differs from the structured and protective nature of masculine energy. Many women struggle with balancing these energies, often leading to exhaustion and disconnection from their true essence. Learn the importance of reconnecting with your needs and desires, and understand the potential health implications that arise from this energetic misalignment. Reflect on the lessons provided by PMS symptoms and what they reveal about overall health with insights from our Quantum Doctor guest. Access additional resources, including a free workbook titled "What Your PMS Is Trying to Tell You," to further support your journey towards a balanced and fulfilling life. Buzzsprout - Let's get your podcast launHave you ever wanted to start your own podcast? Living Life Beyond the 9-to-5 Grind
Ever wondered how to break free from the conventional nine-to-five grind and embrace a life full of travel and adventure?   Addie Wieland is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, entrepreneur, private practice owner, and travel and mindset coach.  Addie and her family have been living an alternative lifestyle for the past four years, traveling around the US in an RV.  She explains that the decision to become a digital nomad was sparked by a desire for more flexibility and the love of travel. Addie and her husband researched and planned their transition, including selling their belongings, buying an RV, and setting a launch date. They faced challenges such as leaving stable jobs and dealing with the opinions of family and friends. Do you have a "letting go moment" or story of change you would like to share? Or perhaps a mental health question? Feel free to message us at mentalhealthish.podcast@gmail.com if you would like to share your mental health story, something you've overcome in life.
