Born and raised in British Columbia, Matthew has over 35 years of experience in geotechnical engineering consulting, contracting, and manufacturing. Tayber was born into the world of energy and sustainability growing up in a household of entrepreneurs and clean energy innovators. He was the youngest member in his community to present to council and successfully pass a program to implement a sustainable waste management system.Calling Tayber a highly motivated individual is an understatement, he earned his Masters of Engineering in Clean Energy Engineering, holds a CEM and EP designation, is a board member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and was awarded the Directors Inspirational Award by the Provincial government. Shane is a professionally registered senior hydrogeologist with expertise in all aspects of groundwater, from mine hydrogeology to water resources development, bottled water to geothermal energy, and 2D groundwater flow modeling to complex 3D hydromechanical models.He worked for groundwater consulting firms, manufacturing facilities, and large multinational mining and oil service companies in project management, team leader, and business development roles. Shane has expertise in low enthalpy ground source heating projects for buildings with high thermal inertia for over 25 years.  Shane Developed 3D groundwater flow models for large downtown sublevel basement development projects surrounded by geotechnically sensitive buildings, requiring dewatering and depressurization. Upon graduation, Paul worked for Lafarge, N.A., before transitioning into leadership roles with Active Minerals. Paul obtained NRMCA Concrete Technologist Certifications Level 2, 3, and 4 and currently leads business development of Acti-Gel 208 in cement-based applications. He is named co-inventor on two US patents for novel concrete formulations.
