He is a researcher and consultant with 21 years international experience in developing, coordinating and implementing water programmes in Europe, the USA and in Sub-Saharan Africa. His expertise and interests are sustainable water resources management, climate adaptation strategies, nature-based solutions, flood risk modelling and water resources protection.
