The Path’s Survival Guide: Moving Forward From Pain (Rewind)
Quote: “Every problem introduces a person to himself” - John McDonnellA painful experience can abruptly stop anyone in their tracks.  No one plans for painful experiences and no one is exempt from them.  It’s during the most difficult times in our lives that we discover a different version of ourselves.  Although our stories can be different, the fight to come through it all unscathed is the goal for everyone.  In today’s solo episode we walk through The Path’s Survival Guide to moving through and from pain to pivoting when necessary.  We don't forget the pain, but we must acknowledge the it and seek healing from it so you don’t become paralyze in the pain.  It is a process and the time it takes for you to heal will not be the same as another persons healing, but know that you will heal if you are willing to pursue it…just like the BOLD women on The Path Podcast.Mentioned In This Episode:Ladonna Roberts: Founder of Austin Tyler Foundation  https://www.austintylerfoundation.org/   Guest: Episode 2 https://www.buzzsprout.com/1565132/episodes/8019013John Maxwell: 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth  https://www.amazon.com/15-Invaluable-Laws-Growth-Potential-ebook/dp/B0076DF6T4Let’s connect: Website: www.arlenebolden.com | FB: @thepathpodcast | IG: @thepath_podcast | thepath4ward@gmail.com Follow, share & subscribe to The Path Podcast on Apple, Spotify, Youtube & other major podcast platforms.

12 Relationship Red Flags You Should Never Ignore

12 Relationship Red Flags You Should Never Ignore
Relationships often begin with so much promise. What started out as butterflies when you see them, quickly turns into you questioning their actions and words as they let their guard down and be themselves. All relationships have their own challenges and problems, but a healthy relationship at the basis is often built on a foundation of trust, respect and two-way communication.  Unhealthy relationships lack those key beliefs and may swap in dishonesty, contempt and suspicion. Experts call these hurtful behaviors red flags, which can lead to an unsustainable and unhealthy relationship. In this solo episode, we are discussing how red flags can range from differing opinions to anger issues that turn into safety concerns.  What does that term red flag mean exactly? Are all red flags the same for everyone? Is there every a reason to walk away, or does it ever make sense to address the red flag and mend the relationship?  What is the term yellow flag and how does it differs from red flags? Some warning signs may be obvious from the get-go, while others may be trickier to detect.   We are only listing 12  red flags in this episode, but there are many more that could have been discussed.  Don't let your guard down... when it's what protects you and your peace.Book Arlene For Your Next Event/Conference:www.arlenebolden.comLet’s connect: Website: www.arlenebolden.com | FB: @thepathpodcast | IG: @thepath_podcast | thepath4ward@gmail.com Follow, share & subscribe to The Path Podcast on Apple, Spotify, Youtube & other major podcast platforms.
