In 2018, Katie discovered that there were almost no meditation podcasts aimed at women. She created the Women's Meditation Network to bring light to women. She wants to speak to their souls.
Katie feels that meditation can make people more kind. Developing inner peace can make people less fearful or angry. They could become more empathetic. Katie believes meditation can help the world.
