Lourde uses music and film to tell stories that inspire black boys and girls to pursue their dreams. Lourde has collaborated with organizations such as Sportsnet, Team Canada, the Raptors, and Canadian Tire, with music placements on the TV Show "Alex Cross", and his Community Work through the organization Articulating Survival was awarded a Music Industry Certificate from the Clive Davis Institute at New York University. Lourde is currently developing his first production company called Almost Paradise as well as working on his sophomore album “Sun Valley”.
