Jessica joins us while visiting from Kentucky to talk whiskey and barrels. Live!
Jessica entered the bourbon world in 2017 working for Pegasus Distilled - a black car transportation company that offered custom bourbon tours (because the people demanded it). She coordinated custom bourbon tours for individuals and groups, up to 35 custom tours per week. She developed itineraries, booked vehicles, bought tickets, educated, hosted, created unique experiences, put out fires, and made sure people had a “perfect Kentucky day”!Jessica took a job in 2019 (that was meant to be part-time so she could continue tourism) with Fred Minnick  - best-selling author of Whiskey Women, Bourbon, bourbon curious, rum curious. Co-Founder of Bourbon & Beyond music festival, Spirits critic & judge, etc etc etc he does too much. She started his YouTube, did video editing and production, set up tastings, scheduling, etc etc etc everything else she probably signed an NDA for. Fred was approached by a recruiter for H&A Barrel Management and he encouraged Jessica to apply. In July 2020, she took the role of “North America secondary Barrel sales” for H&A Barrel Management so I’ve been living in the barrel finishing world and wine world since then.We can't wait to hear what you think of it.  Check out the episode on YouTube.Subscribes, likes, and reviews are welcome and appreciated on all the platforms.YouTube@theatypicalintellects@mike_coppersky@codyjviceThis episode was produced by @uphillstill from @thepracticalstill
