We have become so disconnected from our truth that we don't realize how powerful, deserving, and worthy we are.Emotions are the ultimate resource for growth. Plug Back into your Power Source and Heal

Plug Back into your Power Source and Heal
Plug Back into your Power Source & Heal is an episode focused on Recovering from Chronic Illness and any other Health Issue that is holding you back.  We discuss the power of the word and how labels can harm us, not help us.  When we identify as our label or illness, we close our mind-body connection to any other solution and fall victim to it. We address the elephant in the room, "traditional medicine," and challenge the way we look at health care.  We question these traditional approaches to give you back the power over your health and healing journey.  YOU are your own advocate, and we are here to give you a voice.  This Episode respects the health industry and understands there is only so much they can do to heal us from our chronic diagnoses.  Instead, we dive deeper within and get to the ROOT cause of the symptoms and conditions that are keeping us sick.  Hear how Khristee listened to her GUT and took her health into her own hands, and healed holistically with the power of her mind and nature.  You can too! Let's Dive in! xoxo Tonya De'laineWebsitehttps://www.soulshacksisters.com Addicted to Failure Coursehttps://www.soulshacksisters.com/offers/bMZcYq8n/checkoutMore about Khristee Rich and how to contact her today! Realistic Expectations for the Recovering Perfectionist

Realistic Expectations for the Recovering Perfectionist
If you listened to our last episode, "Recharge your Soul & RENEW YOU, I touched on some rituals that I do to set intentions for the upcoming year but the one thing that I didn't address is how we can actually sabotage ourselves in manifesting our intentions, goals, and resolutions before we even begin.  I like to call it Identity Sabotage.  If you're like me, we place way too high expectations on ourselves on purpose.  It's an unconscious defense mechanism that we created way back in time to protect ourselves from disappointment.  I know that sounds INSANE, right?  Like, why would we set high goals with the actual intention to NOT reach them?  Well, that's the keyword \" intention\."  We don't consciously know we are doing it.  Of course, we wouldn't deliberately set ourselves up for failure, yet that is precisely what we are doing when MOST of us set goals and resolutions.  We SAY we want to do this or that, achieve this, stop doing that but deep down inside, under the murky layers of our subconscious, lies the unconscious mind.  In this episode, I break down the Murky Muddle Puddle of our Mind and get to the ROOT cause of our Perfectionism.  I outline how to spot it, what questions to ask yourself when setting Realistic Goals, and lay out an action plan to help support us towards achieving HEALTHY Goals with Realistic Expectations.  Be sure to like our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/SoulShackSistersPodcastTo get in on the action before and after the shows.  Take part in our polls, Q&A, and even be invited to be a guest on upcoming shows. Visit our website at https://www.soulshacksisters.com and https://www.tonyadelaine.com  to browse courses and other Enhancement Programs to take your Healing Journey to the next level. Love & Light IGNITExoxxo Tonya Delaine Support the show
