We bought a lot of them. Then we do a podcast about the lore of the little world these little men live in, get all invested and such. Easy right? If we all could afford to make a movie about our favorite OC then the world would be a better place. In the real world only Vin Diesel gets to take a stab at it. We are covering the Riddickulous series that spans one of the worst movies to one of the best video games. Goggle up and get ready to outrun the sun cause we have a need for heehees.

Long live the King, a literal titan of media that has been stomping around for a lifetime is bound to have some missteps. The problem is when you are as big as a building, a misstep destroys an office building. Generally, if your monster movie is boring then something has gone wrong. We smash our way through the long line of successors to the most iconic Kaiju there ever was — the Good, the Bad, and the 1998 American one.

We are just trying to Kombat our own Mortality, but now we had to dig in to this mess of a series. Usually reboots are supposed to make the lore simple, but they forgot to get rid of the old stuff and now we need to go 3 full rounds of punishing story. It's time to finish the fight...I mean rip and tear until it is done. There's a lot of unanswered questions, and we were OK with that, but they decided to answer those questions anyway. There can be only 5 movies, two animated series, a live action TV series, several graphic novels, and an upcoming reboot. Learn the essentials of the saga everyone knows a little bit about but no one knows all of, as that knowledge is The Prize. There's only so much we can do in 2 hours but we can Quicken your knowledge of everyone's favorite Scotsman(?) and Spaniard(?). Sean Connery resurrects in the second movie. We don't even cover that, it was so inconsequential it never came up but it's kinda crazy it just happened for no reason.

Did you know that the Varia suit is probably just a mistranslation of the English word Barrier, so Samus' suit was supposed to be called the Barrier Suit? Anyway that's one of the fun bits of trivia we could have done if we had more time but we didn't because we had to talk about how dumb Other M is.

Today it's about the genre book that spawned 1000 games all with the same niche. If it seems like a crazy fever dream, that's because originally it was one. Brace yourselves for the drop cause this one gets a little darker than Fortnite may make it seem.
