It is not because of more stress, more discomfort, more tenseness but because we feel so much relieved, satisfied, assured or want to feel secured, satisfied, assured by addition to possessions, relations, ideas that we do not recognize the fact that brain operates though contrasts only.

Instead of feeling the uneasiness, any problem creates within us, we seek diversion by fanciful ideas like, it is all one’s fate, future will be alright, God will take care and so on or we seek relief by entertainment, intoxications to bypass the feeling of uneasiness. To become aware of the diversion is to stop it.

No one consciously chooses disease, poverty, losses, conflicts. Then is it a punishment? Punishment foe what?

AI (Artificial Intelligence)is man made. Can we see the source of HI (Human Intelligence)? Source of HI is psychological discomfort and uncertainty, recognition of the fact that one is experiencing discomfort, uneasiness and comfort, relief from moment to moment.

Any discomforting or irritating situation and uncertainty creates uneasiness in your nervous system. One tries to throw away this uneasiness by solacing explanations or by diversions like entertainments, religious-spiritual ideas. Mind is enamoured as if it will resolve this uneasiness. Unless this uneasiness is experienced ‘as it is’, energy is not concentrated. One becomes addicted to escapes. Loses contact with the Life energy.

We are consumed by compulsion and relief pattern in daily life. One does not see that this pattern, this inclination is the cause of all troubles. One is so much attached to ‘relief’ offered by holidays, entertainment, religious and spiritual activities that one’s other days, other activities automatically become ‘compulsive’. This divide does not let one see ‘what is True’. All complications arise for the individual as well as for the society as this divide is not seen, understood, solved. Once you notice your bondage to this pattern of compulsion – relief, fused state touches you.

Past, present and future are related in a tense mode. There is no way, this tension can be undone. You can not feel the comfort of amending the past (memory) now. You can not feel the comfort of solving the future (imagination) now.

Can you see that any answer will satisfy or dissatisfy you, it can not go further. You have to see the format of life to see the complete picture. Whatever is before you at this moment, that is, within the purview of your senses – apart from this enclosure, everything is memory, imagination, thinking. This is the Total Field, the field of senses and the field of memory, imagination, thinking. This structure does not change wherever you may go, whatever may happen. It means this is the Original. The idea of God or ‘who created this Existence’ or what is the purpose of human existence’ and so on arises within this format, that is, as thinking. Seeing the Total Field is the end.

You can not feel the comfort of amending the past (memory) now. You can not feel the comfort of solving the future (imagination) now. This gap is uneasiness, tenseness, friction for the brain. The illusion becomes busy in covering up this friction as if to secure stable relief. To see that this friction can not be covered up or solved automatically attunes one to Now.

Once you do not run away from uneasiness generated from compulsion of work or from discomforting, irritating situations – your whole energy is here. You begin to see the meaning of your life, your existence from moment to moment. This is ever revealing.

Whatever may be your genetic make up, one thing is common to all. You are essentially experiencing discomfort-relief from moment to moment.

Even if you are king of the world, desire to have more or tension that your securities may be lost will develop. Brain can not operate as psychologically relieved, whatever you may possess or know.

You can not feel the comfort of amending the past (memory) now. You can not feel the comfort of solving the future (imagination) now. This gap is uneasiness, tenseness, friction for the brain. The illusion becomes busy in covering up this friction as if to secure stable relief. To see that this friction can not be covered up or solved automatically attunes one to Now.

You experience life energy when you face insult, embarrassment. Do not runaway from this uneasiness. Original energy may take over.

The idea of Enlightenment is given by books or by others. Can you frame the fundamental issue?  The answer to all your problems is given as God or Enlightenment by the religion. It is an answer. You have not solved the question yourself. Frame the question, solve it and you will reach at the answer. Then you may call it God or Enlightenment or whatever name you give to it.

Instead of feeling the pull of desire, instead of feeling the pull of contradictory thoughts that arise with the desire, we become busy in taking sides by condemning or justifying the desire. The process of desire is vitiated. Seeing the pull of desire, being with the pull without any ideation is the connection to the original energy.

One is not aware that one can question – ‘why one has to face pain and uncertainty’. One is under the illusion as if pain and uncertainty can be removed from the mind by addition to possessions, relations or by religious-spiritual ideas, activities and stability will come and stay.

All sadness, confusion, fear, uncertainty is psychological discomfort, if you are not in immediate physical danger. To absorb this discomfort without any explanation, without any solacing diversion is the key.

No one can become psychologically immune. To acknowledge vulnerability is your connection to the Original.-- We think as if someone else or science and technology or future will relieve us from this discomfort. No body else can bear it for you. Nothing can be thrown out of the mind.--
