I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!Today, I want to have an unscripted, heart to heart conversation about the importance of a strong family centered foundation.As we approach this new year, it is inevitable that we will reflect on the past year and look toward the coming one. I hope all of you will take time to reflect over the next few days. During this time of reflection, revisit your "why's". What is important to you and why are you working hard to grow and improve? However, don't forget to focus on "what's".. What is it that brings joy and happiness into your life? What brings you strength and courage? What have you don't right in your life, and how can you spend time nurturing it, so it continues to be a source of strength to you?Lastly, your "who's". No, not from the Dr. Seuss books.. I am talking about, "who" the most important people are to you.. who do you want to create the most valuable memories with as you take on the journey of growth and achievement?As you write down your goals for 2024. Include a section for nurturing relationships.. Include those you want to continue to make memories with, and what type of memories you want to make.You have heard me talk about needing a strong foundation to lean on when times get tough.. I promise you, nothing is better then a strong family centered foundation. When times get tough or challenges arise, revisit these written goals for strength and motivation.As for me? When I am faced with a challenge, I am empowered by the thought of over coming it because of, AND for my family. Do you ever find yourself just wishing something would come true.. only to be discouraged when you realized you were no closer to the desire today, then you were yesterday? Maybe no closer today, then you were a year ago? I can't be the only one that has experienced that. For a large portion of my life, there were things I just wished and wished I had.. Because I had no idea of how to even pursue them. So instead, I just froze up and wished for it. Only to find that years later, I wasn't any closer. Besides not even understanding how to make goals, I was completely oblivious to the fact that personal growth was a universal law to moving toward those goals.. You don't have that "thing", because maybe your not the person that could handle it.. You need to become the type of person that can handle that accomplishment. Today we are going to talk a little about my focus on growth and how self education has become a huge part of my every day life. I will also share some tools I recently discovered, so you can start growing your mind to achieve your goals.

Everyone should spend time outside of your country of origin.. As you do, you will learn two huge things.. One, it will open your eyes and you will gain a better appreciation for everything you have and have been blessed with through out life. Whether that be material things or principles you have been raised on, etc. The SECOND, the three pillars of this podcast, Family, Health and Hustle. Are UNIVERSAL! No matter where you live or how you have been raised, if you put increasing focus on those three pillars and try to improve and better those goals every day, you will see increased joy in your life and on your journey! The pillars are not the end all be all.. but they are an umbrella of over arching principles that cover many more important goals and concepts you should have in order to stay grounded and focused on improving your life! This is exactly what I learned when I lived outside the United States for a couple years.. It opened my eyes tremendously and helped me to see what connects us all and how we can all share in the joy of the journey!
