When I was younger, I had this vision of being a seasoned adult by this age, but here I am, still feeling like I'm just scratching the surface. I share my thoughts on my childhood expectation of adult me and how that image has evolved for me in recent years.   I share my struggles with feeling like I was behind, and my journey with anxiety. In this episode, I reflect on my past and future expectations, impact of societal pressures on me, and the challenges I've faced in my 20s. Particularly I share the ups and downs of dealing with changes in your 20s and finding your place in the world. I speak about finding my path to being in tune with myself! I talk about how my 28th year was a mix of surprises and tests. I share my lessons learnt on growing comfortable with external changes and changes with close friendships and relationships. I dive into situations where I needed to let go of people and things and how’s impacted my anxiety.
