N.A.R.C. Troopers: Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Collaborators

A holiday message to help you through the bumpy parts as you try to make sense of something that so few people understand.

Reality or Fantasy? Good or Evil? All or Nothing? Recovery or Prolonged Grief? The world is filled with choices and challenges. We need to try to find balance. We need to be aware. And we need to refocus our vision and perception to get to a place of peace.

One of the hardest things to lose, and you lose so many things in a relationship with a narcissist, is your sense of safety. Here are some things you can do to find your safe space again.

Narcisssists leak and drip emotions and cannot contain them as they use maladaptive strategies ro ignore the bad and fabricate fake emotions to appear "normal."

What do we do when we come crashing back to reality following narcissistic abuse in relationships with Cluster B disordered folks?
