In this "Golden Nugget" segment, I'd discussed the power of manifestation through daily mantras.100 years ago, French psychologist Emile Coué wrote a book called “Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion.” It details how to manifest positive thoughts and motivation towards goals. In repeating his mantra “every day in every way, I am getting better and better,” 20 times a day in a monotonous tone, it was proven in a case study [at the time] to render results. I’ve applied that principle with my teams in this mantra: “We Stake Our Claim, We Take What’s Ours, We Will Have What We Deserve.” When you’re feeling demotivated, you can create your own mantras that are congruent to your needs and ambitions. Not many people know that narcissism is an actual mental disorder classified in the DSM-5. When having the conversation regarding narcissistic behaviors, the common discussion focuses on male narcissistic tendencies. However, women are just as likely, if not more than men, to have psychological conditions. According to a 10-year study conducted by Medco Health Solutions, 25%, or 1 in 4 women had been proven to be prescription drug users for antidepressants and antipsychotics.
